I have used essential oils throughout my adult years for various aspects of my life. At first it was simply because I liked the smell of them however as I delved deeper into the benefits of what essential oils can do for me and knowing that they are safe as they are simply plant or food product based, I realized that I could change many areas of my life and others by creating roller balls, sprays, bath salts, diffuser mixes and so much more.

I decided to join DōTERRA several months ago as it has so much that I was looking for from an essential oil. I had purchased oils before from the drug store, from a health and wellness store and various metaphysical stores. However when I purchased my first bottle of eucalyptus oil from DōTERRA, that is when I realized the difference. I was using 1 drop instead of 5-10 and the scent, the essence was notably different. I have not looked back from that. I now have over 75 different oils in my collection and I use several of them on a daily basis.

When I get up in the morning, 24 ounces of purified water goes into my water bottle with 2 drops of Lemon essential oil. Shake and drink before going on in my day. My mind is clearer, I get hydrated and it is helping to clear my inner workings at this time. This has become a routine (or habit). I have noticed so much change in my own personal self from doing this. This is just one thing that I am routine on.
